The Iberian pork shoulder is the result of the quality of an exceptional raw ingredient from the pure-bred Iberian pig, along with artisan preparation and our charcuterie experience. The final shape allows us to recognise every one of the different parts of the shoulder, mixing up the lean and fatty meats, aiming to make the most of the entire piece and to produce an excellent flavour and texture.
