Quality and service


Quality is our reason for living. Therefore, we ensure traceability throughout the manufacturing process and periodically perform microbiological, chemical, physical and organoleptic analysis to our products. We have implemented an APPC system (Analysis of Dangers and Critical Control Points).

Our department of R & D + I has two main goals: to keep all the traditional flavors of our products and, at the same time, to research and develop new aromas, flavors and textures in order to offer new products or to improve the existing ones.

The IFS FOOD "ES15 / 17581" certification confirms our compliance with the quality requirements in our manufacturing process.
